Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

 

All tickets must be booked and paid online prior to the awards taking place.

We ask to be made aware of any guest allergies at least 7 days before the event. 

​

Once tickets are booked online they cannot be cancelled. Tickets are non-refundable therefore you are not entitled to a refund. Should you or guests be unable to attend, we welcome a substitute guest attending in your/their place. Please notify us by email with the name of both the registered guest and the substitution guest and any dietary requirements.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to alter the advertised content, date/timing and/or location of the event at which you have booked a ticket. We reserve the right to do this at any time and we shall not be liable to you for any cost or other expenses (including wasted travel and accommodation costs) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, booking fees and travel and accommodation expenses). Your booking will automatically be transferred to the new venue or date and these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the transferred booking

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to cancel this event which we reserve the right to do so, should this occur, all tickets will be refunded. We shall not be liable to you for any cost or other expenses (including wasted travel and accommodation costs) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, booking fees and travel and accommodation expenses).

An official photographer will be present at the event, official photographs may be used in post-event publicity including the event website gallery. The participant consents to the official photographer taking such photographs, which may feature the participant and their guests.

 

Lighting and special effects: It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform all guests in attendance that special effects, i.e., strobe lighting, may be used on the evening.

 

The views expressed by any speaker or host at the Event are representative of the speaker’s own / personal opinions and cannot in any way be attributed to Charlton Grant Ltd. The organiser disclaims any liability for views expressed by any speaker or host at the Event.

 

Charlton Grant Ltd reserves the right to cancel any attendee’s ticket or invitation at its discretion & without explanation. In which case a full refund will be made for the individual ticket at the purchase price, this repayment shall be in full and final settlement of any claims against Charlton Grant Ltd by the participant relating to their attendance at the Event.

Charlton Grant Limited reserve the right to require any attendee to leave the event should they be causing a disturbance to others due to being under the influence of alcohol.  In such circumstances we shall not be liable to you for any cost or other expenses (including wasted travel and accommodation costs) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, booking fees and travel and accommodation expenses).

 

Charlton Grant Limited applies a zero tolerance policy to sexual harassment of our staff, customers, sponsors, guests and others who work with us.  Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to, the following:

 

  1. sexual comments or jokes;

  2. displaying sexually graphic pictures, posters or photos;

  3. suggestive looks, staring or leering;

  4. propositions and sexual advances;

  5. making promises in return for sexual favours;

  6. sexual gestures;

  7. intrusive questions about a person’s private or sex life or a person discussing their own sex life;

  8. sexual posts or contact on social media;

  9. spreading sexual rumours about a person;

  10. sending sexually explicit emails or text messages; and

  11. unwelcome touching, hugging, massaging or kissing.

 

Anyone at the event who breaches our sexual harassment policy will be required to leave the event.  In such circumstances we shall not be liable to you for any cost or other expenses (including wasted travel and accommodation costs) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, booking fees and travel and accommodation expenses).  We also reserve the right to raise issue with you and /or your employer in regards to your conduct.  We may also report such conduct to the police.

 

 By accepting these booking Terms and Conditions the participant accepts that he is attending the Event in the course of their business and indemnifies Charlton Grant Ltd and its staff against all or any loss or damage, injury, actions, proceedings or claims arising from any act or omission of the individual and their guests during the course of the Event.

 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
